14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging materials must be included:
- Branded watch box(s)
- Cushion
- Hang tags
- Instruction booklet
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, missing links, or missing any of the required materials will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team by filling out this form. In the "Comment" section please provide the following info:

- Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Order#
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return: Incorrect item received, no longer want item, etc..

- Once we receive your request, we will email you an RMA form.
- Securely pack the watch and all required materials in the original packaging.
- Ship the return using a trackable and insured service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect. Zero Hour Watches is not responsible if the return shipment is lost, damaged, or uninsured. Zero Hour Watches is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes on international returns
Note: Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection and approval, and a 10% (of sales price) restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Rejected returns (item returned damaged, worn, missing materials, or does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy) will be refused. In this case, customers will be invoiced for the shipping charge + $10 handling fee to get the merchandise shipped back to them.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Watches altered, sized, or customized after purchase.
