Welcome to Zero Hour Watches. By accessing our website or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Warranty Disclaimer
All watches sold by Zero Hour Watches are guaranteed to be 100% new, authentic, and unused. Our goal is to provide high-quality products at competitive pricing.
Because Zero Hour Watches does not follow manufacturers’ suggested retail prices (MSRP), we are not authorized to provide manufacturer warranties for products sold on our website.
While some watches may include manufacturer warranty cards or documentation, we cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will honor any warranty, particularly if the watch was not purchased directly through an authorized retailer.
Warranty policies vary by brand, and it is solely the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer for any warranty-related inquiries or claims.
Warranty Limitations
- Manufacturer refusal to honor a warranty
- Defects in materials or workmanship discovered after delivery
- Issues related to battery life, movement performance, water resistance, or cosmetic imperfections occurring after receipt
- Costs associated with servicing, repairs, or replacement parts
Disclaimer of Warranties
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- Any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all watches are sold as-is, new, and without warranty coverage from Zero Hour Watches. If a manufacturer-backed warranty is required, we recommend purchasing directly from an authorized dealer.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- The watch must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging materials must be included: branded watch box(es), cushion, hang tags, and instruction booklet.
Non-eligible returns include items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, missing links, or missing required materials.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team by filling out the return request form. In the “Comment” section, include:
- Request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Once we receive your request, we will email you an RMA form.
- Securely pack the watch and all required materials in the original packaging.
- Ship the return using a trackable and insured service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect item was received.
Important: Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days, less a 10% restocking fee.
- Rejected returns (damaged, worn, missing materials, or otherwise ineligible) will be refused. In such cases, customers will be invoiced for return shipping costs + $10 handling fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches altered, sized, or customized after purchase.
3. Shipping Policy
Carriers
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Shipping options will be presented at checkout. A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped.
Shipping Insurance
Every order is fully insured. A signature may be required upon delivery.
Domestic Shipping Times
- Standard ground shipping: 1–6 business days within the continental U.S.
- Express options (Second Day, Next Day Air) may be available at checkout.

- Restrictions: Some countries restrict importing watches; please check before ordering.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.
- All payments must be authorized and cleared before shipping.
- Fraud prevention measures may delay order fulfillment.
- Zero Hour Watches reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment only. Once shipped, the Return Policy applies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Hour Watches is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits).
- Delays or errors caused by shipping carriers or customs.
- Loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
Your sole remedy in connection with any purchase is limited to the return and refund policy described herein.
7. Intellectual Property & Website Use
- All content on this website (text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design) is the property of Zero Hour Watches.
- You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute content without our prior written consent.
- Unauthorized use of our website or intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
